At Untamed Sword UK LTD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when you may return products and how refunds are processed.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

1. Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • be returned within the 14-day return period;
  • be unused and in their original condition;
  • include all original packaging and accessories;
  • not be damaged due to misuse.

We may reduce the amount of any refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Products assembled, painted or modified by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging where this affects their resale value

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a faulty product;
  • a damaged shipment; or
  • an incorrect item,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where possible, include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs showing the issue;
  • a brief description of the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide, where appropriate:

  • a replacement;
  • a repair (where applicable); or
  • a full refund.

We will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect products.

5. Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

6. Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

7. Convention Purchases

Products purchased at conventions or trade shows are covered by your statutory rights.

Please contact us before returning any convention purchases so we can provide return instructions.

8. Kickstarter, Gamefound and Crowdfunding Rewards

Products supplied through Kickstarter, Gamefound or other crowdfunding campaigns may be subject to separate campaign terms and conditions.

Please contact us if you experience any issues with crowdfunding rewards.

9. How to Return an Item

Before returning any goods, please contact us.
