At Untamed Sword UK LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

1. Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, returned items must:

  • be unused and in their original condition;
  • include all original packaging and accessories;
  • not be damaged due to misuse;
  • be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Products that have been assembled, painted or modified by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging where this affects resale

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a defective product,
  • a damaged shipment,
  • an incorrect item,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where possible, include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs showing the issue;
  • a brief description of the problem.

If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange one of the following:

  • replacement;
  • repair (where applicable);
  • full refund.

5. Return Shipping

If you are returning goods because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will normally be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible products, subject to stock availability.

8. Convention Purchases

Products purchased at conventions or trade shows are also covered by your statutory rights.

Please contact us before returning any convention purchases so we can provide return instructions.

9. Kickstarter, Gamefound and Crowdfunding Rewards

Products supplied as part of Kickstarter, Gamefound or other crowdfunding campaigns may be subject to separate campaign terms.

Please contact us regarding any issues with crowdfunding rewards.

10. How to Return an Item

Before returning any goods, please contact us:

11. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
